The coffee shop looks amazing, real aesthetic and natural, the taste of coffee really good, but the service was horrible. The girls who served me didn't want to give me sugar, because they said it's a specialty coffee. Ok, no doubt, but the customer decides how she/he prefers to drink the coffee. They were a bit rude and unprofessional. Of course, I will go back, because I liked the place, but if they keep acting like that, I won't let tips for sure:) Later edit: I don't know who even does that, but I came today again because I really liked the coffee and I also wanted to see if the service has been improved, and through my surprise, they appologised for the misunderstanding and served in a very nice and professional manner. They even gave me sugar without asking for it I really appreciate it, because they took in consideration my opinion as a customer and that's how a brand actually grows :) I recommend this place from the heart and wish the best to this business
